Andrew May is the owner/operator of this popular Manawatu dining destination, along with wife Jenni.  Andrew could see that the Manawatu was not being recognised as a culinary destination. He wanted to change that perception by creating something amazing and to be noticed and get recognized for it.  He could see there was outstanding produce in the area and decided to showcase this by creating a menu with modern and innovative food. As a former Beef + Lamb Ambassador Chef he has become well known for the amazing beef and lamb dishes which grace the menu at Amayjen. amayjen.co.nz
